About CloudServus

The modern Microsoft partner.

Most Microsoft partners still sell you a project, hand you a document, and disappear. That model is done. AI can solve the easy problems now, which means the value isn't in telling you what to do. It's in the senior expertise to know what's worth doing, and the team to actually build it. That's what a modern Microsoft partner looks like. That's us.

Modern Work

The playbook is broken. We rebuilt it.

The Microsoft partner playbook hasn't changed in fifteen years: run a paid assessment, deliver a slide deck, scope the next project, repeat. Buyers are done with it. They told us directly: they don't want another partner who assesses them and leaves. They want one who does the work.

AI has made the basic problems cheap to solve. What's scarce now is judgment. Knowing which investments actually return something, in what order, tied to the business. And the ability to execute without a six-month ramp. We've built CloudServus around exactly that.

What Makes Us Different

Four things most partners won't do.

We do the work. We don't just advise.

Strategy that ends in a PowerPoint isn't worth paying for. Every engagement ends in something built, deployed, and measurably better than where you started.

We tie everything back to the business.

Most organizations can't tell you what their AI or cloud spend actually returns. We can. Every recommendation maps to an outcome and a number you can take to leadership.

We make Microsoft funding work for you.

A large share of the migration and modernization work we do qualifies for Microsoft funding, and most partners never bring it up. We lead with it, so that work can come at little or no cost.

We're senior by default.

The era of handing your environment to a junior consultant is over. You get people who've done this dozens of times, across hundreds of Microsoft engagements.

How We Work With Microsoft

Not a logo on a slide. A working relationship.

We're growing our co-sell relationships with Microsoft account teams, we're embedded in their funding programs, and we hold the certifications that put us in the top tier of partners globally. When a Microsoft seller needs a partner who will actually deliver, we're who they should call.

Who We Serve

We know your industry, not just Microsoft.

These are the industries we work with most, though our client base spans more than 47 industries. We work with organizations that have outgrown "good enough" IT and need a partner who understands their industry, not a generic shop running the same playbook on everyone.

Our Story

From Austin to one of the country's top Microsoft partners.

CloudServus started out of frustration with how traditional Microsoft partners operated: paid assessments, slide decks, and projects that stalled before they shipped. We started in Austin, Texas, to build the partner we thought Microsoft customers actually needed. We've since become one of the country's top Microsoft partners, but the principle hasn't changed: bring senior expertise in, do the work, and tie it back to the business.

Our mission.

CloudServus is setting the standard for what a modern Microsoft partner looks like in an AI-empowered market; execution-first, outcome-focused, and specialized in the AI governance, data foundation, and other strategic problems IT teams can't navigate alone.
