Integration & APIs

One gateway for every API, workflow, and AI model you run

CloudServus designs, builds, and runs Azure API Management and integration environments, including the AI gateway layer now standing in front of your LLM and agent traffic.

What ungoverned APIs cost you

Every app your team ships adds another API, another set of credentials, and another integration point nobody outside the project fully understands. Rate limits live in a dozen places or nowhere at all. Security reviews take longer because there's no single place to see what's exposed.

The fix isn't another point-to-point connection stitched on top of the last one. It's a single gateway your team designs, secures, and monitors once, with policy that applies everywhere traffic flows instead of API by API.

How we get you there

Assess and design

  • Current-state review of the APIs, integrations, and Azure services already in use, including what's undocumented
  • Target architecture mapped to Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid based on what you actually need

Build and secure APIs

  • API design and deployment through Azure API Management, with authentication, versioning, and usage policy set at the gateway
  • Workspaces so individual teams manage their own APIs inside one shared instance instead of each spinning up separate infrastructure

Connect the workflow

  • Logic Apps for orchestrating workflows across systems without custom glue code
  • Service Bus and Event Grid for reliable messaging and event-driven triggers between apps

Monitor and tune

  • Azure Monitor and Application Insights track latency, errors, and throughput on every API
  • Ongoing tuning as traffic, team count, and API volume grow

One gateway, every environment

Azure API Management runs as a single control point over APIs hosted in Azure, other clouds, or on your own servers. Your team sets authentication, rate limits, and compliance policy once and applies it everywhere, rather than reconfiguring each API individually.

As your API count grows, workspaces let individual teams manage their own APIs inside the same gateway instance, each with its own access controls, without losing the org-wide visibility your security team needs. We size the tier and workspace structure to how many teams actually need that separation, not the largest plan on the price list.

Your AI traffic needs the same governance your APIs already have

Azure API Management's AI gateway capabilities extend the gateway you already run for REST APIs to your LLM and agent traffic: OpenAI-compatible chat completion and responses APIs, Anthropic's Messages API, Google Vertex AI, plus MCP servers and agent-to-agent APIs. If your teams are calling models straight from application code with no shared control point, this closes that gap.

We set token-per-minute limits and quotas per application or team, configure semantic caching to cut repeat-prompt costs, and apply content-safety policies at the gateway instead of inside every app separately. For teams spreading load across multiple model deployments, we set up load balancing and circuit breakers so one slow backend doesn't take the rest down with it.
