How to obtain pricing

Services under DIR-CPO-6246 are deliverables-based and scoped to a Statement of Work. Awarded pricing applies the DIR discount to CloudServus published rates, which set the basis for every SOW estimate.

The awarded rate sheet shows the list (MSRP) rate, the DIR discount percentage, and the net DIR price for each role and category.

Warranty & returns

WarrantyCloudServus warrants that all services under DIR-CPO-6246 are performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with the applicable Statement of Work. Warranty terms, acceptance, and remedies are governed by Appendix A, Standard Contract Terms and Conditions.
ReturnsThis contract covers custom, deliverables-based IT services; no hardware or software products are sold under it, so standard product returns do not apply. Acceptance of deliverables and remedies for non-conforming work are governed by the Statement of Work and Appendix A.
