While performing some maintenance on some of our systems we attempted to reboot one and it never shutdown. The server’s DRAC was not installed, so we could not access the system remotely. After calling the DCOPS, they reminded me of another option. You can manage Dell OpenManage remotely through the following:

Through Dell OpenManage you can power cycle a system. Good into to know.
