Our disaster recovery and business continuity assessment evaluates your current plans through an in-depth analysis of your infrastructure and operational strategies, finding vulnerabilities and potential points of failure. We assess your recovery processes, data backups, and continuity procedures to make sure they meet modern standards and can handle future disruptions.

What the assessment covers

Where we look

  • Business impact analysis — identify critical functions and the impact of disruptions to prioritize where recovery matters most.
  • Backup and data recovery review — confirm you can recover lost data quickly and minimize downtime.
  • Infrastructure review — evaluate servers, networks, and storage for vulnerabilities that affect recovery time.
  • Recovery time and point objectives — assess your RTO and RPO so operations resume in the required timeframe with minimal data loss.
  • Compliance check — confirm your plans meet standards like ISO 22301, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
  • Continuity best practices — evaluate your plans against established best practices so you're ready for any disruption.

Our assessment process

Step 1 — Infrastructure analysis and risk identification: we find weaknesses and risks through a business impact analysis, a backup and recovery review, and an infrastructure review, creating a baseline of your preparedness.

Step 2 — Testing and recovery-time evaluation: we test your recovery processes with disaster simulations that mimic real disruptions, then evaluate your RTO and RPO to prioritize faster recovery or less data loss.

Step 3 — Compliance, remediation, and reporting: we confirm your plans meet standards like ISO 22301 or HIPAA, deliver detailed reporting and recommendations, and implement improvements before re-evaluating to confirm risks are mitigated.

Is your business ready to recover?

Many organizations have moved to the cloud, but one question remains: can your business recover swiftly and maintain continuity when disruption hits? This assessment strengthens your ability to respond and recover, giving you insightful analysis and practical recommendations to safeguard your critical operations.
