Deleting rules for a disabled user account.

Options:

  1. Login to the account and delete the rules
  2. Use MFCMAPI.exe (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924297)
  3.  Use Mdbvu32 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/320022)
